WIPO releases their Global Innovation Index 2020 with the focus on "Who Will Finance Innovation?". It is the result of a collaboration between Cornell University, INSEAD, and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) as co-publishers, and their Knowledge Partners
In accordance with this new publication, the three top innovative countries in Latin America and the Caribbean are: 1) Chile, 2) Mexico, and 3) Costa Rica.
Moreover, Costa Rica have perfomed above expectations for its level of development. Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Peru, El Salvador, and Honduras are in line with level of development.
