Court litigation tends to be expensive and time-consuming. Moreover, in many Latin-American countries decisions are taken by non-specialized people, which does not provide any certainty about the result.
The webinar aims to give an overview to the European SMEs on how they can best solve Intellectual Property related disputes in an alternative way thanks to mediation and arbitration.
SMEs will also be provided expert tips and watch-outs to bear in case of conflict.
Moreover, any queries that the EU companies might have, shall be answered by the experts during the training session.
